EffiWorks provides independent External Confidential Advisor services, offering employees a safe and confidential place to discuss workplace concerns. Whether someone is experiencing bullying, discrimination, harassment, aggression, inappropriate behaviour or simply feels something is not right, we provide a listening ear and help them explore their options.
As an external confidential advisor, we are independent from management and HR. We listen without judgement, maintain strict confidentiality and support employees in making informed decisions—always at their own pace.
